Exercise Data Manipulation
Each of the physical locations will be associated with a post code, you will need to use this post code to map the location to an area in the country.
You will use a lookup file from the office for national statistics (https://geoportal.statistics.gov.uk/datasets/national-statistics-postcode-lookup-february-2020) this will provide the mapping from a post code to a rural area.
The column ru11ind in this file maps to the following codes:
"1": "Large Urban Area",
"2": "Other Urban Area",
"3": "Accessible small Town",
"4": "Remote Small Town",
"5": "Very Remote Small Town",
"6": "Accessible Rural",
"7": "Remote Rural",
"8": "Very Remote Rural",
"A1": "Urban major conurbation",
"B1": "Urban minor conurbation",
"C1": "Urban city and town",
"C2": "Urban city and town in a sparse setting",
"D1": "Rural town and fringe",
"E1": "Rural village",
"F1": "Rural hamlets and isolated dwellings",
"D2": "Rural town and fringe in a sparse setting",
"E2": "Rural village in a sparse setting",
"F2": "Rural hamlets and isolated dwellings in a sparse setting"
This file (https://geoportal.statistics.gov.uk/datasets/ons::postcode-to-output-area-to-lower-layer-super-output-area-to-middle-layer-super-output-area-to-local-authority-district-february-2020-lookup-in-the-uk ) will provide a lookup from the post code to a local authority district code.
You will need to match these two files with the attached Excel sheet to provide a rural code and a local authority district for each location.
We would like to understand your approach to merging these three files:
- A description of how you would approach the problem
- The tools/approach you would use
- any problems you may encounter on the way.
If you want to build a code pipeline to process the data to show off you skills that would be great. But the main purpose of the test is to understand your approach to a problem.
Exercise - Data Architecture
A set of influencer videos published on YouTube in an attempt to map intrinsic features of the video to an engagement metric, which will be a representation of the popularity of the video.
The idea being is we can train a ML model on the relationship between video features and this engagement metric, we can then in the future predict this engagement metric by processing a video that has not yet been posted on YouTube.
To calculate this engagement metric we will need to download the meta data from the YouTube rest api.
We will then use the Microsoft Video Indexer (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/media-services/video-indexer/) to get the intrinsic features of the video.
The analysis will be presented as a set of Power BI reports.
We need you to describe a data architecture that would allow us to deliver this solution.
- How will you get the YouTube videos and meta data
- How you would process the videos to get their data
- The tools/approach you would use
- Where would you store the data
- any problems you may encounter on the way/

Abstract
Loneliness and well-being are the most common health problems in our adult lives. Although these experiences occur throughout life, 50% of people over the age of 60 are at risk of separation, and one-third experience some loneliness in later life. (Aoun & Skett, 2020) The aim of the study was to describe the various interventions that measured the loneliness and isolation of older adults that were measured; intervention ideas, categorization, etc. The role of the health system in addressing a fundamental public health problem was highlighted. The committee released the report in February 2020, when the 2019 coronavirus epidemic began to spread in North America. In this review, the authors share the central findings and conclusions of the report and how these findings may be relevant to the care and well-being of older adults during a historical epidemic. (Aoun & Skett, 2020) The health benefits of social distance must be balanced against the basic need to maintain social relationships.
Introduction
Biomedical models of human health and disease have improved through years of research on aspects of the relationship between the body and the brain, despite their impact on health and often receive less attention during treatment. Topics in the literature dating back to the 20th century, such as home address, race / ethnicity, gender, sexuality, etc., are evidence of the importance of good health. and for various programs and revenues. (Burnette & Mui, 2016) Many commentators have noted that these health imbalances are often avoided in the past, due to events in which people grow, live, work and die, and these systems are designed for medical purposes. These events are influenced by political, social and economic forces. (Aoun & Skett, 2020) By the end of the century, the importance of “relationships,” size, quality, and social benefits, came to an end in the search for the truth of health decisions. In this paper, loneliness and loneliness (SI / L), which defines the purpose and experience of the relationship, as two main features that make up human health. SI / L is especially important for the physical and long-term health and well-being of adults, such as anaemia, poor health, and reduced function. In addition, SI / L has a positive effect on adult health and longevity. Community relations is a cross-sectional language that contains other commonly used terms to describe the structure, functioning, and performance of human relationships and their consequences. Divorce is intended not to be sufficient or to limit relationships with others, such as marriage, alone, or with others. Isolation is the perceived separation or feeling of loneliness. (Aoun & Skett, 2020) The governing body found a difference between IR / L people who, for example, are "always sick." In contrast, people in multiple relationships may feel lonely (loneliness in the masses - discrimination dates back 70 years) . (Burnette & Mui, 2016) Relationship support is a term commonly used in scientific research to refer to the possession of resources such as information, insight, and support from others. within the social network.10 In the NASEM Communication and in this article, we focus on SI / L.
Aim and objective
The purpose of this study was to bring together and evaluate the evidence of cohesiveness and co-occurrence of risk factors for loneliness and / or cohabitation; and health behaviors, as well as situations of other factors. (Burnette & Mui, 2016) This will lead to a better understanding of the development of goals and have a positive impact. The main goals are:
1) Determining how an association deals with loneliness or loneliness and health are important, especially alcohol or drug abuse, smoking, physical activity and fat too.
2) Examining the evidence for a breach of social relations found.
3)Means that the association sees of loneliness and / or segregation and health behaviours cannot recognize the disease.
Research Question
- What is the relationship between exclusion and aging?
- What is the harmony between loneliness and old age?
- How does loneliness and isolation affect older people?
Background
Loneliness and social isolation are the global health problems that affect the world's elderly in particular. Loneliness and loneliness are different but intertwined. According to Valtorta and Hanratty, one common use of the two terms is social loneliness and loneliness: loneliness is a negative feeling associated with loneliness, the extent of the relationship (loneliness), or the lack of special partner feelings (loneliness). (Dow & Gaffy, 2015) There is much less consensus on the meaning of loneliness, however, writers have embedded it in many theories, interpreting relationships as a goal with or without communication and interaction with family members, friends, or the community in in common.
