created a Subsystem block from selected blocks in Simulink, but now I want to unpack/expand the blocks back into the main canvas. How do I undo a Subsystem in Simulink?

In modern Simulink releases, you can expand a subsystem back into individual blocks using the Expand Subsystem feature:
- Right-click the Subsystem block in your Simulink model canvas.
- Navigate to Subsystem & Model Reference > Expand Subsystem (or press
Ctrl + Shift + X). - Simulink will remove the subsystem boundary box and restore all enclosed blocks directly onto the main model level while maintaining signal wire connections.
